No. There is absolutely no extra cost to you. Abide earns a referral fee from the agent's commission — which is a standard practice in real estate. Your transaction costs are the same as they would be with any other agent.

When you fill out the Get Matched form, you'll have the opportunity to indicate a preferred ministry or type of ministry. We'll do our best to honor your preference. If you don't have one in mind, we'll direct the donation to a vetted Gospel-centered ministry in our network.

Every agent in the Abide network submits a faith statement and is reviewed by our team before being approved. We look for agents who are active in their faith community, professionally licensed, and committed to serving clients with integrity.

Abide donates more than half of our revenue from each transaction to the ministry you choose. On a $400,000 home sale, that's approximately $1,800–$2,600 going directly to Kingdom work — at no extra cost to you. The upper range reflects an additional donation from an Abide Partner Lender where available.
