Question 1

Does this cost me anything as a buyer or seller?

Accepted Answer

Abide does not charge buyers or sellers an additional fee for its matching service. Ministry donations come from Abide’s referral revenue.

Question 2

How do I choose which ministry receives the donation?

Accepted Answer

When you fill out the Get Matched form, you'll have the opportunity to indicate a preferred ministry or type of ministry. We'll do our best to honor your preference. If you don't have one in mind, we'll direct the donation to a vetted Gospel-centered ministry in our network.

Question 3

How are agents vetted?

Accepted Answer

Every agent in the Abide network submits a faith statement and is reviewed by our team before being approved. We look for agents who are active in their faith community, professionally licensed, and committed to serving clients with integrity.

Question 4

What areas do you currently serve?

Accepted Answer

Abide is based in DFW and accepts buyer and seller requests nationwide. We may match you with an approved Abide agent or recruit a suitable local agent who completes Abide’s screening and referral-agreement process before any introduction. Matching is subject to agent availability in your area.

Question 5

How much is donated to ministry?

Accepted Answer

Under Abide’s standard illustrative example, a $400,000 sale with a 3% agent-side commission produces a $1,800 ministry donation from Abide’s referral revenue. An optional partner-lender donation may be added separately where available. Commissions are negotiable and actual donations depend on the transaction and applicable agreement.
